1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 6xix ("we", "us", "the platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 6xix platform – including the website and Android app – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access 6xix, whether that is a browser on a PC, a mobile browser on an Android or iPhone, or the dedicated 6xix Android app.

6xix reserves the right to update, amend or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the 6xix platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict requirement. No exceptions are made regardless of the nature of the games being played.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be using any automated software, bot or script to access or interact with the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a 6xix staff member.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and with a clear understanding that real-money gaming carries financial risk.

6xix may request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals put on hold until verification is complete. Players who create accounts while underage, or who provide false information during registration, will have their accounts permanently closed. 3 Your Account

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 6xix. This applies across all devices and access methods. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, a different name, or through shared devices – is a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any promotional benefits claimed across those accounts will be cancelled.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Your full name, date of birth and contact details must match your actual identity. If your information changes after registration – for example, a change of phone number – you are responsible for updating it in your account settings.

Account Security

Your account password is your responsibility. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 6xix support immediately so the account can be secured. We will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials or failing to secure their device.

Account Currency

All 6xix accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, game balances, bonuses and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied.

4 Deposits

6xix accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account. All deposits are processed in PKR.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution. If a deposit does not appear after a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference and the amount.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the cashier section of your 6xix account. Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. This section sets out the general rules that apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

6xix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Opening more than one account, whether intentionally or through negligence.

• Chargebacks, disputed transactions or fraudulent deposit behaviour.
